BEST OF BRUM- THE CUSTARD FACTORY

I love how Birmingham has retained its' industrial past by preserving old warehouses such as the Custard Factory in Digbeth. I think it's so important to keep traces of the past in a city such as Birmingham.

The Custard Factory is home to Zellig, the creative business and events company, and vintage clothes shops, antique shops, some galleries and one of my favourite cafes, Yumm. It's by far one of my favourite places to visit and provides such a nice escapism from central town near the Bull Ring. I love how unique the architecture and the surrounding area is here and it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of town.

I'd definitely recommend a  visit to the Custard Factory to anyone visiting Birmingham for a weekend trip! Here's a link to their website. Let me know what you think of it!
