MY 20 FAVOURITE THINGS TO DO IN LONDON

I adore London. It's my favourite city in the world and the list of things you can do to keep yourself occupied is endless. I recently visited London for the LFWF opening weekend and it just made me fall in love with London all over again, slash made me very excited for Summer as I think Summer is the perfect time to make the most out of London.

So without further ado, here's a quick roundup of my 20 favourite things to do in our very own capital!

1) Take a walk along South Bank to Southwark and grab some lunch at Borough Market. There's so much to choose from! My personal favourite? Caribbean soul food, of course!

2) Hire boris bikes around Hyde Park on a hot summer's day. Don't forget to stop off for an ice cream break!

3) Have a wonder around Stables Market in Camden! There are so many cool stalls to browse around, including some really cool canvas artwork stalls and vintage clothes shops.

4) Drinks in Covent Garden! The Punch and Judy is a personal favourite (my boyfriend and I always visit here when we go to London) but there's so many cool cocktail places to choose from, including Dirty Martini.

5) Pancakes topped with bacon, smashed avocado on toast...weekend brunch is practically a religion in London! I just love exploring new places. My latest brunching obsession is Muriel's Kitchen, in South Kensington. Seriously, you have to try it!

6) A walk down King's Road, from start to finish (yes, really!) It's such a nice atmosphere along King's Road, with lots of cute cafes to choose from if you feel like you need a quick coffee break.

7) Portobello Road Market! Located in the Notting Hill District, Portobello Road Market is a really quirky antiques market. I absolutely love it! You can pick up some really cool trinkets here.

8) A quick stroll round St James' Park. London has so many green open spaces and St James' Park is one of my favourites by far.

9) A visit to the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A)! There's an exhibition for everyone at the V&A! My personal favourites have included 'Fashion Through The Ages' and more recently, 'You Say You Want a Revolution? Records and Rebels 1966-1970'.

10) Sit on the steps by Trafalgar Square and eat some lunch. It's one of the busiest (and most touristy) parts of London but don't let that stop you! If you love people watching as much as I do, you should definitely come here! It's really nice to just sit back and enjoy watching all of the street performers, poets and artists and to soak it all in.

11) Drinks at the Madison Rooftop Bar, overlooking St Paul's Cathedral. I love it here! There's some really amazing views overlooking the whole of London and it's so nice to have a drink here when the sun is shining.

12) Take a walk around Primrose Hill. London really does have so many green open spaces and Primrose Hill is a shining example of just that! Plus, the surrounding neighbourhoods are really pretty and idyllic; you're sure to get some serious house envy here!

13) A visit to the Saatchi Gallery along King's Road (Sloane Square, for your nearest tube stop). You certainly won't be short of choice for exhibitions you can visit. If you visit the gallery on a Saturday morning, there's a really nice street food market just outside the gallery for a quick lunch stop.

14) See a dazzling West End Musical

15) Visit Brick Lane Market, for some seriously mouth watering street food or some seriously on trend retail therapy.

16) Hit the shops at Westfield White City and stop for some lunch in the food quarter. There's every type of cuisine imaginable to choose from!

17) Take a stroll through Chelsea, cross over Chelsea Bridge and feed the ducks at Battersea Park. Because let's be honest, you're never too old to feed the ducks.

18) Go on a London pub crawl! There are so many old London pubs to choose from, you'll be spoilt for choice. The Lamb and Flag and Punch and Judy are two of my favourites.

19) London at Christmas; it's kind of a must! You don't even have to do anything in particular, although you won't be short of options (ice skating at the Natural History Museum for example!) My favourite thing to do in London near Christmas is simply to just wonder round and take it all in, from the pretty lights, to the dazzling shop displays to the hurried panic upon shoppers' faces as they try to finish their Christmas shopping on time.

20) Go for a burger! Yes, I know what you're thinking... there is so much choice for food in London, why on earth should I settle for a measly burger? Because they just taste amazing in London, OKAY?! My favourite places to grab a burger include Patty & Bun, Shake Shack and  The Diner. Judge me.
